Pep Boys has announced Chris Campbell as its newest senior vice president of service quality in a recent press release.
With more than 30 years of industry experience, Campbell most recently spent a decade working with Goodyear, where he led the company's sales and operations across multiple business units.
Prior to that, Campbell held multiple leadership roles at Target, where he worked to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency.
