RelaDyne Acquires Midwest Lubricant Distributor, Santie Oil Company

The acquisition of Santie Oil by RelaDyne aims to expand industrial and lubricant services across the Midwest, leveraging Santie’s brand and e-commerce platform.

RelaDyne has acquired Santie Oil Company, a lubricant distributor in the Midwest, according to a press release.

Founded over 85 years ago, Santie Oil Company is headquartered in Sikeston, Missouri, with an additional facility in Berkeley, Missouri, and serves a 150-mile radius across the Midwest.

With more than 3,700 SKUs, the company offers lubricants and industrial products, in addition to operating an e-commerce platform.
