PAMA Hosting Webinar on Managing Promises in the Workplace

The Preventative Automotive Maintenance Association has announced its final webinar of the year: Managing Promises and Building Trust—Create Cultures of Accountability.

As recently shared by the organization, the Dec. 10 webinar will focus on helping participants be more aware of the promises they make on a daily basis, and how to take responsibility for their actions and performance.

The session will be led by Claudia St. John: a keynote speaker, bestselling author, and the founder and CEO of The Workplace Advisors. She is an SPHR (Senior Professional in HR), SHRM-SCP (SHRM Senior Certified Professional), and Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst.
