Valvoline Instant Oil Change Receives Permit for Universal City, Texas, Store

Plans for a new Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Universal City, Texas, have gained approval from city officials, according to Community Impact.

A permit for the proposed store at 460 Kitty Hawk was approved at a City Council meeting on Nov. 18, coming through in a 3-2 vote.

Currently, the Valvoline stores closest to Universal City are around 12 minutes away in Schertz, and another around 20 minutes away in Hollywood Park.
