Andy Adams, founder of Adams Garage in Terre Haute, Indiana, and a coach for Repair Shop of Tomorrow, explains why operators should focus on a small number of KPIs instead of trying to track as many statistics as possible. At the Repair Shop of Tomorrow Mastermind training event, which was held in Westlake, Ohio, in September, Adams presented a breakout session on the KPIs that drive confident business decisions.
