The new store will be located in Centerville, Ohio, in place of a former office building and animal hospital.

A new Valvoline Instant Oil Change is slated for a bustling retail area in Centerville, Ohio, reports Dayton Daily News.

Construction on the new facility will begin after an office building at 6240 Far Hills Ave. and a former animal hospital at 6238 Far Hills Ave. are demolished. The two structures were originally constructed in 1972 and 1987, respectively.

In their place, a 1,500-square-foot Valvoline building will be constructed, equipped with three service bays and 11 parking spaces. The business will also implement other improvements such as asphalt pavement and parking, concrete sidewalks, and landscaping.

Located on the east side of Far Hills Avenue, the Valvoline is neighbored by several other businesses on the nearby Fireside Drive. Jimmy John’s and Huey Magoo’s are to the north, with Mike’s Car Wash, McDonald’s, and China Cottage to the south.

The new Valvoline is considered a low-traffic generator, and is not expected to disrupt the flow of surrounding traffic, wrote civil engineering firm CESO Inc. in a letter to the city planning department.
