    Valvoline Instant Oil Change Named ‘Best of the BEST’ in Talent Development

    Winning the title for an 11th time, the Association for Talent Development's BEST award recognizes organizations with effective talent development practices.

    Valvoline Instant Oil Change has been named a Best of the BEST Award winner by the Association for Talent Development (ATD), according to a press release.

    The BEST award is meant to recognize organizations spearheading effective talent development practices, with nominees being evaluated by talent development experts.

    79 organizations worldwide were named as winners of the BEST Award. The Best of the BEST title is reserved for organizations that have been BEST Award winners 10 or more times.

    Valvoline Instant Oil Change was among eight companies that earned the Best of the BEST Award, with this year marking the 11th time the company has been recognized by ATD.

    Jon Caldwell, Chief People Officer at Valvoline Inc., said the achievement underscores the company’s dedication to its team members.

    “Service center Vamily members complete a minimum of 270 hours of professional training using an ASE-accredited program,” Caldwell stated. “Our talent development programs are one of the many ways we demonstrate our commitment to investing in their personal and professional development.”
