North Dakota Valvoline Shop Hosts ‘Oil Change Party’ for Local Baseball Team

The second Oil Change Party by Valvoline in Minot brought together baseball fans and community members to celebrate the Hot Tots with autographs, giveaways, and discounted services ahead of their final game of the season.

A Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Minot, North Dakota, recently held an Oil Change Party in support of a local baseball team, reports KX News.

The event held this past Saturday marked the second Oil Change Party held for Minot Hot Tots, a local baseball team that plays in the Northwoods League, a collegiate summer baseball league. It came right before the Hot Tots’ final game this season with the Badlands Big Sticks coming up this weekend.

Minot Hot Tots players were in attendance at the Oil Change Party, with autographed merchandise giveaways, free refreshments, and discounted oil changes offered for those who dropped by.

“Today’s event is all about getting engaged with our community over here at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, and also helping out one of our partners put on a great community event and a party,” said Mitchell Hasenpflug, the Hot Tots’ manager of partnership activations. “We’re out here, and we’re all about having fun. We had players here earlier signing autographs, and we’re giving out autographed balls right now. Jerseys, hats, all that fun stuff.”
